1) Boosting ClubRare Token Value with ClubRare Social Commerce Platform
Expanding the Web3 User Base on the ClubRare Platform by Implementing Tokenomics
We plan to mint reward tokens for a total of 18,000 wallets that log onto the ClubRare Platform, converting them into active users. Any remaining undistributed reward tokens, for users who have not completed the missions, will be completely burned.
We aim to increase our active Web3 user base with a reward token minting system for new wallets joining the ClubRare Platform, supplemented by related marketing campaigns. ClubRare has established a sustainable business model that activates the platform itself, drawing from the proven success of Blur, LooksRare, X2Y2 Marketplace, and STEPN.
Transitioning Active Web2 and Web3 Users on the Platform into ClubRare Token Holders
Users who have earned reward tokens for completing missions on the platform will naturally become ClubRare token holders.
ClubRare's tokenomics, particularly the token burning mechanism, will encourage these token holders to hold onto and purchase additional tokens.
Enhancing ClubRare's Global Token Community and Token Liquidity
At present, a third of the global Web3 users are located in North America, with another third distributed across Europe and South America. Our initial strategy involves converting active users into token holders via token reward distributions. Subsequently, we aim to expand our token community by attracting global token holders to ClubRare's Telegram and Discord channels, aided by various partnership activities.
Elevating ClubRare Token Liquidity in the Global Market
We intend to conduct DEX marketing campaigns for our governance and utility tokens. Specifically, we are conducting joint marketing activities with QuickSwap, supported by Polygon's sponsorship, and also implementing a campaign to enhance the liquidity of our Ethereum-based tokens used on the platform.
Strengthening Global Recognition and Value of AGOV and MPWR
The size of a token community is a vital prerequisite for a token to be listed on a CEX. We plan to list AGOV and MPWR on global major CEXs under more favorable conditions and improve token liquidity based on this.
Through the CEX and DEX token communities, we will increase global recognition of AGOV and MPWR and initiate activities to augment the token value.

ClubRare is focused on activating the platform through the implementation of initial tokenomics, attracting a large influx of Web3 users to the ClubRare Platform.
An active Phygital Platform with a significant user base plays a crucial role in enticing brand partners to come on board.
Increasing the Web2 User Base of ClubRare Platform through Brand Partnership Expansion
Brand partners play an essential role in bringing Web2 users to the ClubRare Platform.
These Web2 users, who are primarily collectors of the brand partners, will actively participate in the Phygital Drops offered by the brands on ClubRare.
Onboarding More Brand Partners to ClubRare DAO Governance
The presence of a large user base and active Phygital Drops serves as an incentive for brands to join the ClubRare ecosystem.
Joining the ClubRare DAO allows brands to collaborate with the ClubRare community and utilize the infrastructure, providing opportunities for revenue generation for the brands themselves.
Contributing to ClubRare's Business Development as a Team, Brand, and Community of ClubRare DAO
The ClubRare DAO consists of governance groups including the ClubRare team, brand partners, infrastructure partners, other partners, token community, and platform user community.
Since the growth of ClubRare benefits all members, each group plays its respective business roles and receives benefits based on a shared goal rooted in Web3 philosophy.
To strengthen the token community, ClubRare tokens will be listed on CEX and DEX exchanges.
In addition to exchanges, discussions are underway with ClubRare partners to activate the token. Through phased growth that focuses on ClubRare user activation, engagement of token holders, and enhancement of token economics, our aim is to list the tokens on major exchanges.

The ClubRare Platform places a strong emphasis on its paid subscription model, which benefits all governance participants with low transaction fees. The effectiveness of this model has been validated by global platforms with multi-trillion annual revenues, such as Shopify, a global commerce infrastructure platform, and Figma, a creator tool.
Starting in 2023, ClubRare has ambitious plans to substantially boost its business revenue by introducing a paid subscription model on the platform. The growth of the ClubRare Platform will directly and indirectly contribute to the increased value of AGOV, the governance token. Additionally, the token burning mechanism implemented in the paid subscription model and the purchase of Phygital NFT Drops will have a positive impact on the value growth of MPWR, the utility token.

Through ClubRare's Phygital Drops, our brand partners offer NFTs that come with physical items, specifically tailored to the unique preferences of our collectors, thereby bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds.
Activating ClubRare's Paid Subscription Model and Token Burning Mechanism
The Phygital Drops, along with ClubRare's paid subscription model, constitute the core of ClubRare's business operations. This model allows users to opt for one of the tiered subscription packages, each offering specific features for a designated duration. Verified by other successful projects such as Canva, this model has proven to be not only reliable but also sustainable, making it ideal for ClubRare, particularly considering the array of quality features we offer, such as product authentication.
Users can subscribe to this model using MPWR, ClubRare's utility token. We aim to streamline the subscription payment process further by facilitating more accessible token purchases. This improvement will be implemented through integration with an infrastructure partner that specializes in providing simplified payment solutions.
A specific percentage of the MPWR tokens used for subscription payments will undergo a burning process.
Increasing Utility Token Value through Accelerated Token Burning Mechanism
Starting in 2023, ClubRare has ambitious plans to substantially boost its business revenue by introducing a paid subscription model on the platform.
The acceleration of the token burning mechanism will have a direct impact on the paid subscription model, leading to an increase in the value of MPWR.
